The Context and Role

In 2023, I designed the Signature Center experience for Northwestern Mutual's (NM) client website which provided a new consolidated hub for a client's eSignatures and an overall streamlined digital signing experience. After a successful launch and rollout of the web Signature Center, I was tasked with bringing Signature Center onto NM's mobile app for both iOS and Android.
